The Shipwreck

'Lo all,

Had this little story-thingy in my repertoire of unposted posts, so here's...this...creation.
It's nice to have a few posts waiting to post just in case you're ever busy to death and all that rubbish and don't have time to write up one.

The Shipwreck

~˚~

The ship once was alive, a roaring mass of wood that cut through the water like a knife.

Then the storm came.

They tried their best to preserve their lives, but it is not their choice.

They slipped, inch by inch below the angry blue surface with the deafening sound of death ringing in their ears.

Now they are at peace in the silence of blue that surrounds them.

Seaweed is left by sorrowful and ashamed waters upon the sandy graves.

It regrets its actions.

Soon, it shall forget it's good intentions. It turns wild again, just like it does every time the wind taunts it.

  3. I like the personification you did for the ocean and how "the wind taunts it". : )
